It's Over!

It's finally over! Summer gym is out! I had a great time today though. My shoulders don't hurt that bad anymore. That's it! Have a great day!

July, all mapped out.

Technical last day of summer gym. Make up day tomorrow, which I will be attending. So, Junes all most over, and the Fourth of July is almost here. So, I think it's time that I tell you my schedule for June, so you know what to expect from me.

First- July 9/10, leaving for Canada! Canada, wide open plains, mountains, icy cold water, hardly inhabited. Awesome huh? I'm going to Waterton National Park. Which actually is an international park, because it is the other half of Glaciel National Park. To learn more, click here or here. So, I guess I better explain why I'm going. I'm going for a family reunion. My Johanson family reunion. Johanson? Is that you mom's maiden name, your dad's last name. NO! I am a Matthews, and a Winward. My grandma's maiden name though is Johanson. She grew up in Canada, and the Johanson's are mostly from Canada. So, I'll be hanging out with a bunch of 3rd and 4th cousins, if not 5th, but definitely 2nd, that I don't even know! The whole town really is hotels, so, almost everyone there I would be related to. I'm staying there for a week, and am going to have a heck of a time. I'll try to post while I'm there, on my laptop, but wheter I'll get wifi there or not, will be found out.

Second- July 27-August 1. Scout camp, going to Camp Aspen Ridge, in Idaho. I would give you a link, but sadly can't find one, sorry. So, I'm there all week! No posts from me then. Sorry to disappoint you, but, no posts then. So, I'm gone all week, hanging with my buddies, camping, and eating, hopefully, good food. I'll be working on scout merit badges, so I can eventually get my eagle. That's it, I believe. I have Fourth of July stuff, but, that doesn't matter. I have nothing else I believe. Nothing

There's still nothing to do. I'm starting guitar lessons this Saturday though. And just and fyi, my guitar is a Classical Guitar, not an Acoustic. So, yeah. Gym is painful, but, I'm getting stronger I believe. So, there's nothing much to talk about anyways, so, have a great day!

Volley Ball

Today we started our volley ball tournament in gym today. My teams undefeated! We might lose tomorrow, but, so far, so good. It seems like everyone's getting sick lately. It's pretty crazy. Well, have a great day!

New!

My blog now has a new look and layout! I think it is awesome. First of all, tell me what you think please. So, nothing to do again. My blog is now called The Adventures of Garrett. I won't change the web address though, so don't worry. I know I will not use word press, I seem to hate it for some reason unbeknownst to me. I have summer gym again tomorrow, and I'm going golfing! I don't really know what it will be like, cause I haven't ever gone golfing. Did you know that golf was invented in Scotland, and it stands for Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden. What do you think of that?! A little sexist, I know. But, it was invented a few hundred years ago. So, I didn't work on Escape at youth conference, just like I thought. Last night I did a little, but, you'll have to wait some. I posted my first chapter and the prologue on jeremiahpena.com/forum, and I have them in the wrong order, so, sorry. My bad. It doesn't matter though. Have a great day!

Youth Conference

First of all, I'm not here today or Friday, so, sorry, no post. Ok, with that out of the way we can move on. I'm planning on working on Escape over at youth conference. Maybe. Most likely though, not going to do it, but I can hope. Today was pretty boring especially with my internet being stupid most of today. Summer gym was funner than yesterday though. Have a great day!

Notin

There is nothing to do! I had summer gym today, and it was BORING! Anyways, I went over to my friend named Mike yesterday. He and his family got 4 Rex Rabbits, (look them up on Wikipedia, under Rex Rabbit Standard) and they are really cute! 2 are 5-6 weeks old, and the others are about 10 weeks old. When they have babies, I really, really want one. But, knowing my dad, I won't be able to. Why you ask? My dad doesn't want us to have pets, and he's allergic to all animals with fur. Sucks, I know. Sorry (again)

Sorry about not doing the whole "consistent post thing" I've been busy. But, not anymore! I'm done with school! Woo hoo! And the best part is.... *drum roll please* ..... My mom teaches, and she doesn't get out of school till July 2nd! I'm home alone till then. Tomorrow, I might not do a post, cause I'll be in Ogden most of the day, at the teens writers conference, tell you about that when I can. And next Wednesday, I think, I start summer gym, but then I have youth conference and will be gone Wednesday night and Thursday, and part of Friday. Update on Escape: Not much, I can't get a good start for it, countinue working though. Dragon Rider of Metak, haven't worked on it for a while sence Escape, work on latter, maybe. Have a great day!
